Overview
Victoria Falls, straddling the border of Zimbabwe and Zambia, is one of the world’s most spectacular natural wonders. Known locally as Mosi-oa-Tunya, or “The Smoke That Thunders,” this majestic waterfall is a UNESCO World Heritage site, recognized for its breathtaking beauty and the lush ecosystems that surround it. The falls are a mile wide and drop over 100 meters into the Zambezi Gorge below, creating a deafening roar and a mist that can be seen from miles away.
